LED DRIVER 25A

In order to operate an LED drive with a current generator during one of our filming assignments, we required a flicker-free LED driver that could control at least 20A. We were shocked to find that 12A was the closest adjustable current. We’ve concluded that an LED driver—which isn’t available on the market right now—might be required in the future. LED drivers are known to be limited to a few hundred watts of power at this time. With thousands of products on the market, no company needs to design an LED regulation that is more than 500W. The few thousand watt category, however, is currently nonexistent. It would be very expensive because only a very small portion of the LED market could use it and very few units would be sold if it were available. It makes sense that many of the industry’s top businesses would not grow in this way. Not valuable. For HungaroFLASH, the development in question is appealing precisely because of these challenges. In the global LED market, we have seen numerous occurrences of this kind over the last 30 years. For this reason, we developed the world’s first 25A LED driver. This PWM controllable 0-60V line voltage circuit complies flawlessly with modern film shooting requirements by allowing flicker-free film recording at up to 500,000 frames per second. It is possible to drive up to 25 amps, and there is a smooth brightness adjustment feature. Basically, it’s a 1.5 kW LED driver constant current. Nothing similar has been produced by any other company as of yet. It’s tiny, comparable in size to a pack of cigarettes. When selecting the part, affordability was not as important as quality. Its 98 percent efficiency means that it barely heats up, allowing fan cooling to be completely disregarded. Nevertheless, we are unable to assert that the LED driver is excessively expensive overall. We are able to maintain our low prices for each reseller. The final circuit has a very high level of reliability as a result of all these pairings. To get experience using them on film shoots, we made 100 pieces, and we have to admit that this is an incredible piece. It is simple to work with, and any highly sought-after movie can be finished by a fully satisfied crew. SPECIFICATIONS The open frame design of the LED DRIVER offers the most comprehensive service for a wide range of customer requests. This design is included in the price, but orders exceeding a certain quantity can also be filled with a custom aluminum box or a 3D printed plastic box.
